A Snow White and Red Riding Hood Adventure – Congratulations

Congratulations to David Page (writer and director), cast and crew of the SVP Christmas production, “A Snow White and Red Riding Hood Adventure”. David bravely tried something other than pantomime this year and it was a real success. Audiences responded well to the play and reported a very enjoyable and entertaining evening. Some polished performances from the cast, beautiful scenery, lighting effects etc made this a real success. Credit must go to David for the vision he had for this production and the achievement of that vision. Well done, David! – Angela Bray, Chair of Shawbury Village Players.

Snow White & Red Riding Hood An Adventure opening night

With less than 5 hours to go before our first performance we just want to thank everyone for the effort they did in getting this play off the ground and ready for the public. It’s been hard work but the end result is fantastic. Here’s a picture of Sophie Davies co-ordinating the set design recently, with others chipping in with painting.

We are almost fully booked for our Saturday matinee, but there are still tickets available for the other nights, the first of which is tonight! Use our website to buy tickets, stop off at the Shawbury Post Office or contact Jo running our box office on 01939 250070.

To our cast and crew, break a leg!

A Snow White and Red Riding Hood Adventure – Gallery

Just six weeks to go before our premiere of A Snow White and Red Riding Hood Adventure. What better opportunity to show off photos of the cast.

Do they look like the Snow White or Red Riding Hood from your childhood? These characters will make quite the impression 😃

Don’t forget that tickets can be bought online via our site, just select buy tickets. Alternatively for advance tickets you can ring 01939 250070 or buy them from the Shawbury Post Office. There may be tickets available on the day, but as sales are going quite well it’s always best to buy in advance so as not to be disappointed. Hope to see you there!
