Is the story of Peter Pan, a mischievous Boy who wouldn’t grow up by the novelist J. M Barrie. Originally written as a play and later was adapted into a novel.
Wendy and her brothers are visited by Peter Pan, who left his shadow when he came to listen to the stories read by their mother. He teaches them to fly and takes them to visit Neverland, where they meet the Lost Boys, Tinkerbell, Mermaids, Indians and Pirates. The pirates are captained by Hook who hates Peter Pan after he chopped off his hand and gave it to the crocodile and he wants to get his revenge.
In 2011 the novel celebrated is 100th birthday anniversary.
J. M Barrie gave the copyrights of the story to Great Ormond Street Hospital and till to this day they still benefit financially every time the play is performed.
